Jennifer is a Masters student at the Monterey Institute of International Studies in the Nonproliferation and Terrorism Studies program. Before coming to PIR, she worked in Monterey as a Graduate Research Assistant at the James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies as part of the Eurasia Nonproliferation Program. Jennifer received her Bachelor’s degree from Colby College, where she was a double-major in Russian and physics. During the internship he wrote an article entitled “Russia and France in the Mirror of the Global Partnership” and published it in the Yaderny Kontrol journal, No.2, 2003.
