Expert on Iran and nuclear nonproliferation. Research Fellow at the Center for Middle Eastern Studies and Chief Strategy Officer at the Institute for International Studies, MGIMO University. He directed Russia and Nuclear Nonproliferation Program (2017-2019) and edited Yaderny Kontrol monthly (2017-2020) at PIR Center. Taught Iran's foreign policy as Visiting Professor at North Ossetian State University (2021) and gave seminars on nuclear nonproliferation as part of short-term training programs at the Ural Federal University (2019). Member of the Youth Chapter of the Russian Pugwash Committee.

Ph.D. Candidate at MGIMO University. In 2018, he graduated from the M.A. Dual Degree Program in Nonproliferation Studies established by MGIMO University, PIR Center, and Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey.
