He is a member of the Governing Board of the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI). As a Sri Lankan diplomat Dhanapala served in London, Beijing, Washington D.C., New Delhi, and Geneva and he has represented Sri Lanka at a number of international conferences chairing several of them including the historic NPT Review and Extension Conference of 1995. Mr. Doroshevich has been engaged in conducting research and independent expert initiatives in the field of internet technologies since 1995. Dr. Lewis A. Dunn now is an Independent Consultant after nearly three decades as a senior project manager and analyst at Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC). He is devoting his time to analysis and writing on issues of reducing global nuclear risks, arms control and nuclear disarmament, and nuclear non-proliferation. As a former U.S. Ambassador for the Nuclear Nonproliferation Treaty (NPT) Review Conference, he continues to be actively engaged in NPT issues. He participates in the continuing process of semi-official U.S.-China strategic nuclear dialogues, with a focus on possible initiatives to put in place a process of U.S.-China mutual strategic reassurance and restraint. He also is a consultant to the Nuclear Threat Initiative (NTI), providing support to the International Partnership for Nuclear Disarmament Verification.  He has recently been invited to become a member of the United Nations Secretary General’s Advisory Board on Disarmament. From 1987 until early 2017, Dr. Dunn was employed by SAIC, including over two decades as a senior manager. Dr. Dunn is a former Assistant Director of the U.S. Arms Control and Disarmament Agency and served as Ambassador to the 1985 Nuclear Nonproliferation Treaty Review Conference. Prior to joining the Reagan Administration in 1981, he was a Senior Analyst at the Hudson Institute. From 1969-1974, he taught Political Science at Kenyon College. He has a Ph.D. from the University of Chicago.

As a legal advisor, he started his career in 1985 with the Ministry of Defense, negotiating international treaties on arms control and disarmament. After taking three years off for his Ph.D, he then joined in 1994 the French Embassy in Washington as economic advisor, dealing with the US defense and aerospace industry consolidation (Boeing/McDonnell Douglas, Lockkeed Martin, Northrop Grumman). In 1998, he moved to NATO headquarters (Brussels) as a political advisor to the Assistant Secretary General for Defense Support. He participated to the Partnership for Peace program with a special focus on Russia and Ukraine and to the NATO Kosovo Crisis Cell. Back to Paris in 2001, Doctor Dupré was appointed to the Strategic Affairs Department at the French Ministry of Defense where he is, today, the head of the Non Proliferation and Disarmament Bureau. He holds a Master of Public Administration from Harvard University.

Professor. Major General (Ret.), Doctor of Technical Sciences, a top military expert, General Dvorkin was one of the main authors of the Russian Strategic Nuclear Forces and Strategic Missile Forces policy documents. He participated as an expert in the preparation of the SALT II, INF, START I, and START II treaties for many years, and made a noticeable contribution to the formation of the Soviet and Russian position at the negotiations on the limitation and reduction of strategic weapons. He participated in the testing of the first Soviet nuclear-powered ballistic missile submarines and the first submerged launches of ballistic missiles. He is an active member of the Russian Academy of Missile and Artillery Sciences, the Academy of Military Sciences, the Russian Engineering Academy, the International Engineering Academy, and the Academy of Cosmonautics. He is the author of more than 350 academic papers and numerous articles. His academic interests include missile dismantlement issues, combating terrorism, and nuclear safety and security. Edward Ifft has been involved in negotiating and implementing many of the key arms control agreements of the past 35 years. He has a Ph.D. in physics from Ohio State University. hile a graduate student, he was selected to spend a year at Moscow State University and the Institute for Physical Problems of the U.S.S.R Academy of Sciences under the U.S.U.S.S.R cultural exchange program. He is a graduate of the Senior Managers in Government program at Harvard University. Dr. Ifft began his government career at the U.S. Arms Control and Disarmament Agency. He then moved to the State Department, where he continued to work on strategic arms control, as well as on constraints on nuclear testing, serving as the Deputy U.S. Negotiator at the 1974 negotiations on the Threshold Test Ban Treaty in Moscow. In 1978, he accepted a detail to NASA for three years, serving as Head of the Office of International Program Policy and Executive Secretary of the U.S.U.S.S.R Space Cooperation Agreement. Upon returning to the State Department, he served as Senior Policy Advisor and then Senior State Department Representative to the START negotiations in Geneva. After that he became Deputy Director of the OnSite Inspection Agency. In 1998, he became Senior Advisor and State Department liaison to DTRA until his retirement from the Senior Executive Service in 2002. He also served as the last U.S. Commissioner for the ABM Treaty until the U.S. withdrew from the Treaty in 2002. Dr. Ifft has lectured at many universities and government laboratories and in more than 10 countries. Dr. Ifft continues to work parttime in the State Department as a Foreign Affairs Officer.

In 1993, he graduated from the Faculty of Cybernetics of Moscow Institute of Radio Electronics and Mathematics. In 2002, he became Chevening Scholarship Programme Laureate and obtained a Master Degree in Communication Management at Strathclyde Graduate Business School (UK). In 2012, he studied at the summer school of robotics in Imperial College of London. Since 2013, he has been a postgraduate student at the Institute of World Economy and International Relations. In 2011, he was appointed to the position of IT-projects Director in the Cluster of Information Technology of Skolkovo Fund. Mr. Elleman currently leads a team of experts from the U.S., Russia and Europe preparing a joint assessment of the missile threat to Europe (including Russia) and potentially North America that may be posed by Iran's missile development program. Before joining the IISS, Mr. Elleman spent five years at Booz Allen Hamilton, a U.S. consulting firm, where he supported the implementation of Cooperative Threat Reduction programs sponsored by the U.S. Department of Defense and the Department of Energy. He also provided weapons proliferation analyses to the Advanced Systems and Concepts Office (ASCO) at the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA). Previously, he spent 18 months at the United Nations Monitoring, Verification and Inspection Commission (UNMOVIC) as a missile expert for weapons inspection missions in Iraq. Prior to joining the UN, he spent two decades as a scientist as Lockheed Martin's Research and Development Laboratory, where his activities focused on solid propellants, weapons elimination technologies, nuclear effects and special materials research. From 1995 to 2001, he led a Cooperative Threat Reduction program in Russia, aimed at dismantling obsolete long-range missiles. Prior to Vocado, Chehadé was CEO of CoreObjects Software, Inc., a leader in new product software development services for both large and growing companies. He oversaw the expansion of the company to include more than 400 engineers and its successful acquisition by Symphony Services.

Prior to his role at CoreObjects, Chehadé served as the General Manager of IBM's Global Technology Services in the Middle East and North Africa. Based in Dubai, he led a team across an emerging region experiencing high growth. He also built and managed a new global business for IBM, providing managed services to large clients in telecommunications, aerospace and retail to improve the accuracy, depth and timeliness of business information visibility across demand and supply chains.

Chehadé founded and has led three companies since 1987, including Viacore, RosettaNet, Nett Information Products and others.

Mr. Chehadé lives in Los Angeles with his wife of 25 years. They are the parents of two adult sons.

Doctor of Political Science. Valery Fedorov was born in 1974. Graduated from Moscow State University (Department of Philosophy).
